Each year, St. Jane de Chantal Church collaborates with all parish organizations in an effort to secure the appropriate facility space necessary for each group to conduct the various reoccurring events, activities, and meetings, as well as to avoid potential conflicts in using our parish and school facilities for the incoming school/fiscal year. As we draw closer to the end of this year (June 30, 2024), we kindly request all parish organizations, scouting programs, and group leaders to to begin planning their schedule of events and meetings between July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Please submit your calendar of activities and events to the parish office at your soonest convenience. You may also drop off a printed schedule, or send it via email to [email protected]. The parish facility use agreement and scheduling request form are also available for download via the parish website at https://stjanedechantal.org/facilities-use-request. Unaffiliated organizations who are in annual agreement for facility usage within the property, may soon be contacted to process a “Renewal of Agreement” applicable for the incoming fiscal year term.
