Parish Food Drive this Saturday, September 21

Hunger continues to be a daily burden for children and families in our community. St. Jane de Chantal Parish will host its next food drive on Saturday, September 21, 2024 between 10 am - 12 pm, at the front door entrance of the Church facing Old Georgetown Road. The beneficiaries are Bethesda Help, Sacred Heart Church and Catholic Charities.

All three locations are in need of the following items: Grains, Oatmeal (individual packets are helpful), Cereal, White and brown rice, Macaroni and cheese, Pasta, Canned protein-tuna, chicken, salmon, Canned fruit-peaches, pineapples, mandarin oranges, etc., Canned vegetables- beans, corn, etc., Spaghetti Sauce-canned or in plastic jars (No glass), Peanut butter, and jelly. Grocery store gift cards are also greatly appreciated! Donations are greatly appreciated. Our volunteers will collect the food from your car for your convenience.
