The Parish Committee on Safety & Security invites all parents, teachers, caregivers and volunteers involved with Children in pre-K through 12th grade to attend a presentation on Internet Safety – Protecting Our Children.
Thursday, April 07, 2022 at 7pm in Caulfield Hall. Senior Special Agent Peter Vogl from the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) will lead the presentation and discussion.
The USSS has partnered with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) since 1994 and provides forensic and technical assistance in cases involving missing and exploited children. This assistance extends to community outreach by educating parents, teachers, and child caregivers on how to protect children using the internet from abduction, sexual exploitation, and human trafficking. Please make time for this very important 1-hour presentation and discussion.
Attendance is limited to Adults Only due to the candid nature of the subject matter being discussed. We look forward to seeing you there. Questions can be directed to Joanne Moses at 917-704-5828.
